Access Point 2 is utilising the Awahokomo Creek bed to reach the lake shore. You will need to find safe roadside parking off SH83 and walk to the bridge to access the creek bed. Note – surrounding agricultural and residential land is private – including the former angler access track/boat launch on the Kurow side of the Awahokomo Creek Bridge.
