By using KiwiTools, you agree to treat its tools and content as general information and independently verify important decisions.
Permitted use
You may use public KiwiTools pages for personal planning, education and reasonable comparison, and may link to them. Automated access that disrupts the service, bypasses controls, overloads an external data service, extracts protected content at scale or misrepresents KiwiTools is not permitted.
Estimates, checkers and advice
Outputs depend on entered information, maintained rules, external datasets and the assumptions described on each page. They are not quotes, guarantees, professional advice, lending approval, enrolment confirmation, provider recommendations or a substitute for official and provider-specific information.
Contact submissions
When using the contact form, provide information you are authorised to share and do not include passwords, account numbers, tax identifiers, private home addresses or other sensitive data. Submissions may be used to respond, investigate a correction or assess a suggested feature.
External websites and services
KiwiTools links to and may rely on information or services operated by government agencies and other third parties. Their availability, content, terms and privacy practices are outside KiwiTools control. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement, product or service on that website.
Intellectual property
The KiwiTools name, original interface, written explanations and site code are protected by applicable rights. Public facts, official rules and mathematical formulas themselves are not claimed as exclusive property.
Availability, changes and liability
Tools, datasets and content may be corrected, updated, replaced or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, KiwiTools is not responsible for loss resulting from reliance on an estimate, incorrect input, unavailable service, stale third-party data or an external website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
