From the Milford Highway, 200m metres after the Knobbs Flat facilities, turn onto the gravel road and parking is available 250m from the Highway. Do not continue into the private gravel pit/construction area which is well sign-posted. Access in both directions is from the parking area which is directly adjacent the Eglinton River. Access is within the Fiordland National Park so no dogs allowed.
