Access point 3 - Heading north out of New Plymouth, take the off-ramp at Bell Block and then turn right onto Henwood Road and follow straight onto Manutahi Road. At the first bridge you come to on Manutahi Road park safely. Access to the stream is down the bank next to the bridge. Esplanade strip on both sides upstream of bridge.
