Directions to this fishing accessPlan the approach
Park safely on the side of the road, ensuring you are not blocking any farm gates or accessways. Downstream, the roads follow the river which allows access to be gained at any point between here and the Channel Road access mark. Upstream, the river deviates from the road which makes this a great access spot to explore further upstream. There is legal access on the true left bank. Walk to the river by sticking to the south side of the fence – approx 50m. Access is via esplanade reserve land. Once at the river, please stick to its margins.
