At the bridge over the Whitestone River on Hillside-Manapouri Road, drive down the gravel road downstream on the true left bank. This track is signposted with a marked angler access sign. Travel for 760m down the track and you will arrive at a car park area located next to the Whitestone River. The confluence with the Mararoa River is 500m downstream.
