This lovely loop track goes through Tainui Reserve, Tauroa Road Reserve, and Tanner Street Reserve in Havelock North. It can be started from the centre of Havelock North Village - factor in another 1.2 km / 15 min each way to your journey if starting from here. Follow the length of Joll Road, crossing over Tanner Street into Keith Sands Grove and then follow the map to wander through the reserves in the area. For a longer trip, carry on down Tauroa Road to Te Mata Park and either tackle one of the amazing walks in the park or head to the cafe (another 850 m / 15 min) up Te Mata Peak Road.
