Arrowtown area
Located in Arrowtown, Tobin's track was originally built by Thomas Tobin as an access track to Wanaka and is now a popular walking and biking track for all ages. The short but steep walk rewards you at the top with spectacular views over Arrowtown and the wider Wakatipu basin.

A brisk walk to the top of Tobins Track rewards you with sweeping views over Arrowtown and the wider Wakatipu Basin. Begin at the Arrowtown Chinese Settlement and follow the well-formed trail uphill. At the summit, you’ll find a trig station and two seats donated by the Stevenson family, offering a perfect spot to rest and take in the stunning outlook. Side trip: Mt Beetham Summit Trail
