From Anzac Bay follow the loop track on the west side in either direction, ending up at Shelly Bay which is a safe swimming spot. On the east side find a walk around Te Ho Pa. These tracks offer stunning views of the upper harbour, Kaimai Ranges, and ocean coastline and are especially spectacular when the pōhutukawa trees are in full bloom during December and January.
Bowentown is an hour from Tauranga. Use this location in google maps to help find your way there.
