The Con Bryan Track is a short bush walk that leads down to the secluded Orpheus Bay. The trail features a mix of boardwalks and steps, making for an interesting and varied walk. The track starts from Huia Lookout Road, where you can also take a side trip to the Huia Lookout for panoramic views of the surrounding coastline and bush

Take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave. Outdoor fires: It is illegal to light a fire outside in all public areas in the Auckland region. When visiting areas with healthy kauri trees, please make sure you follow these steps: Clean your footwear, tyres and equipment before and after visiting our kauri forests. If you are walking your dog, you should also make sure you clean their paws. Use cleaning stations every time you pass one while you are walking in a park. Stay on the tracks and keep off kauri roots. Stay away from closed tracks. Don't remove soil from, or bring soil into, areas with kauri trees.
From Auckland , take the western motorway toward West Auckland , then head through New Lynn and Titirangi . Continue along Huia Road toward Huia. Just before/around Huia, look for the turn onto Huia Point Lookout Road and follow it about halfway to an area of parking by the roadside. Use this location in Google Maps to find your way there.
