This is a serviced 24-bunk hut in the Queenstown/Wakatipu area.
Essential preparation for McKellar Hut
The original 12-bunk, McKellar Hut was built in 1981 by the NZFS. In 2011 the hut was enlarged (almost doubling it's size) & extensively renovated with large double-glazed windows, a big deck and veranda. It sleeps 24. Bookings are required.
