The Red Track is a scenic, gently undulating route suitable for both walkers and cyclists. It winds through rolling farmland, offering sweeping views across the Kaipara Harbour. The track leads to a secluded beach, an excellent spot for birdwatching, before looping back up to the car park. Along the way, you'll pass several significant pūriri trees and walk through pockets of regenerating native bush.
